    What Readers are Saying

I’ve read a dozen marriage books, and most of them just tell you to ‘pray more’ or ‘date your spouse.’ While those are great, Robert actually gets into the mechanics of why we clash. My husband and I are both high-achievers and we struggled with the ‘Right to be Right’ power struggle he mentions in Part III. The concept of ‘Consultation’ over ‘Control’ was a lightbulb moment for us. We actually use the journal prompts at the end of the chapters on Sunday nights now. Highly recommend for couples who feel stuck in a loop.

I wish I had this book ten years ago, but I’m glad I have it now as I heal. Warmack’s writing on ‘Good Soil’ and closure really resonated with me. I spent so much time waiting for my ex to apologize so I could feel ‘closed,’ but this book taught me that closure is an internal job. It’s faith-based but also very psychologically sound (you can tell he’s a therapist). If you’re hurting or feeling like you’ll never find ‘God-designed love,’ please read the chapter on ‘Healing from Heartbreak.’ It changed my trajectory.

I’m a single guy in my 30s, and dating today is a literal minefield. I bought this because I was tired of falling for ‘chemistry’ and then getting burned two months later. The ‘Facts Over Feelings’ chapter is worth the price of the book alone. It helped me realize I was ignoring red flags because I liked the idea of the person. This book gave me a rubric. A literal blueprint to see if the person I’m dating actually aligns with my values. It’s practical, slightly convicting, but exactly what I needed to hear.

    — Marcus Thompson

What I loved most about Love DNA is that the author doesn’t pretend to be perfect. He shares his own ‘unraveling,’ which made me trust his advice more. My fiancé and I are reading this for pre-marital prep, and the section on ‘The Three Strands’ (Affirmation, Action, and Presence) has given us a language to use when we aren’t feeling connected. It’s not just about romantic love; it’s about the spiritual discipline of choosing someone every day. A must-read for any couple taking their future seriously.

    More Than a Book: It’s a Movement.

Robert Warmack III co-produced The Love DNA Experience, a musical companion that translates the book’s themes into sound, rhythm, and emotion. Some truths are too deep for words alone. The Love DNA Experience was created to give sound to the emotions explored in the book—love, loss, healing, hope, and restoration—allowing the message to move from the page to the soul.
