Robert Warmack III is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), educator, leadership developer, consultant, and author dedicated to helping individuals, relationships, and organizations grow in healthy, sustainable ways. With over two decades of professional experience, Robert has worked across clinical, educational, and organizational settings—guiding people toward emotional wellness, relational clarity, and purposeful leadership.
As an educator, Robert has served as a Professor in the Master of Counseling Program at Spring Arbor University, preparing future counselors to lead with empathy, ethics, and excellence. Beyond academia, he consults with organizations seeking to build positive workplace cultures—environments where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to do their best work. His leadership development and organizational consulting focus on communication, trust, accountability, and emotional intelligence as the foundation of thriving teams.
Robert is also the creator of the Love DNA Relationship Model and facilitates workshops for singles, couples, leaders, and communities, blending faith, therapeutic insight, and lived wisdom. His writing has appeared in The Michigan Chronicle, and he is the author of the forthcoming book Love DNA (January 2026).
